Mugs will be made with white stoneware and glazed with food and dishwasher safe glazes.
The exterior of the mug will be slightly translucent brown/dark silver sparkles. I'm trying something new for the rainbows in the next batch and will update this form with new photos when available.
Once you have submitted the
Custom Wordy Rainbow Mug form, please place your order for this deposit in whatever quantity of mugs you are ordering (if ordering 3 mugs, add 3 preorder deposits to your cart & check out).
The current turnaround time for these mugs is about 3-5 weeks from pre-order payment to final invoice. Your balance, which will include shipping charges, is due upon completion, prior to shipping. Your order will be shipped within 5 days of final payment completion.
Each mug will hold around 14-18oz and will come in a variety of shapes, even if you order multiples of the same mug. These mugs are handmade, and I am not a production potter, so I want to emphasize their sizes and shapes will be inconsistent.
The price for each mug is $45, plus shipping (usually $9-12+, domestic for 1 mug; I have no control over this amount). I will waive shipping fees for orders of 5+ mugs.
The preorder deposit is $15. This charge is *not refundable* under any circumstance on your end. I *will* refund if there is an issue on my end that can't be resolved in a timely manner. The balance ($30/mug) + shipping charge will be due on completion, prior to shipping.
