When is new inventory added to the shop?

We add new inventory to the shop on Fridays at 8pm Eastern. Join our Facebook groups for sneak peek at what will be added each week!

 

What should I do if my items have been damaged during shipping?

Please take photos of the damage, including the packaging and contact us immediately! Ifwe need to fil an insurance claim, please keep the box and packing material until the insurance claim has been processed and paid.

 

What should I do if my order is wrong?

Please contact us immediately! If we made a mistake, we'll make it right or refund you (if the item you ordered is now out of stock).
